Job summary

First PREMIER Bank in Sioux Falls, SD seeks a Personal Banker to provide Premier customer service, identify banking needs, and offer tailored solutions across checking, savings, loans, and other products. You will process transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality while supporting branch sales goals.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service or banking experience, strong communication and cash handling skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or banking experience is required.
• Basic computer skills, cash handling, and/or sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining confidentiality.
• Process customer and commercial requests for account openings/closures including Checking, CDs, Savings, Money Market, and IRAs.
• Maintain understanding of deposit and loan platforms and core system applications.
• Meet annual goals for checking and loan products while aligning with branch objectives.
• Establish a referral network to grow new customers and expand relationships through direct contact and outbound calls.
• Participate in community events to create brand awareness and assist in driving business.
• Complete teller duties as assigned.

Work closely with customers to determine their banking needs and provide individualized service and financial banking solutions through a variety of products.**Job Duties and Responsibilities****Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
