Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Salesforce Architecture.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Strong understanding of customer data models, identity resolution, data governance, and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead architecture workshops and translate business requirements into architecture blueprints.
• Guide integration between Salesforce clouds and external systems including ERP and data warehouses.
