The Sofa Delivery Company is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to lead our Customer Delivery Centre. You will manage a large team, own operational performance and costs, and use data to drive decisions to meet our customer promise.

Responsibilities include inspiring and developing the CDC team, overseeing vehicle fleet operations, ensuring health & safety, and collaborating with brand partners to deliver outstanding customer experiences and strong NPS results.

• Strong planning, scheduling and cost-control abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of installation experts to deliver Moments that matter to customers.
• Inspire and develop the team to ensure operational excellence and high customer feedback (NPS).
• Collaborate with brand partners to meet standards and maintain superb customer experience.
• Oversee vehicle fleet operations and maintain compliance with Transport Law.
• Manage recruitment, appraisals, performance management and development plans.
• Control costs tightly within budgets and drive auditable vehicle/trailer maintenance records.
