Job summary

Carvana in Knoxville, Tennessee is seeking Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to help reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. You’ll deliver vehicles to customers’ doors with our car haulers and perform safety checks to keep deliveries on schedule.

The role requires working shifts from 7am to 5pm, 9am to 7pm, or 11am to 9pm, with seven days a week availability.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with car haulers.
• Load/unload vehicles and perform safety checks on hauler.
• Complete customer paperwork and notes in tracking system.
• Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to policy requirements.
