Job summary

Carvana is seeking energetic Customer Advocates in Knoxville, TN to drive happiness in the car-buying experience. You will deliver vehicles to customers, assist with paperwork, and maintain a safe driving record while working 7 days a week with rotating days off.

Competitive hourly pay and merit-based increases are offered. Starting at $18/hour with potential to rise to $20/hour, there are opportunities to advance within a performance-based program and additional incentives may apply.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with the hauler and receive training.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler for safety.
