Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates to join our Heath, OH team. With at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, you will support customers, deliver vehicles, and maintain accurate records. This role offers a structured path with performance-based pay increases and strong benefits.

Starting pay is $20 per hour with progression to $22 per hour, plus growth opportunities through our Careers Not Jobs program. A Notary may be required within 90 days, and state DMV/title access criteria apply.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to obtain a Notary within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors and train for the car-hauler as needed.
• Load/unload vehicles and inspect the hauler for safe operation.
• Complete customer paperwork and update tracking system notes.
• Maintain a clean driving record and follow Carvana policies.
