Job summary

Silco Fire & Security is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Customer Support Specialist in Cincinnati, OH. You will maintain accurate customer and service data across all branches, including billing info, site addresses, inspection details, and system updates.

You’ll support internal teams and customers with timely data management and responsive service. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service and data entry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service.
• Minimum 2 years in data entry/administrative work.
• Candidates must be highly detail oriented.
• Proactive, positive attitude and able to work independently.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Data entry for all branches: billing information, site addresses, inspection details, invoices and related docs.
• Apply sales credit to new inspections sold by the inspections team.
• Monitor submissions to ensure inquiries are resolved and accounts updated promptly.
• Update existing billing/site/system information for customers.
• Verify/edit incorrect or missing data by phone or email with customers.
• Route inquiries to the correct department via phone or email.
• Review reports and correct information as needed.
