Silco Fire & Security is seeking a Data Entry & Customer Support Specialist in Cincinnati, OH. You will maintain accurate customer and service data across all branches, including billing information, site addresses, inspection details, and system updates.

The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative and customer service experience, excellent organizational skills, and the confidence to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of data entry/administrative experience.
• Highly detail oriented.
• Proactive, positive, and confident work ethic.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Enter data for all branches, including billing, addresses, inspections, invoices and related docs.
• Apply sales credit to new inspections sold by the inspections sales team.
• Monitor submissions to ensure inquiries are resolved and accounts updated timely.
• Update billing, site, and system information for customers.
• Verify/edit incorrect or missing data via phone and email.
• Route customer inquiries to the appropriate department as needed.
