Job summary

Watershed seeks analytically minded individuals for the Customer Data Services team in Mexico City on a fixed-term basis starting January 2027. Open to early-career candidates with up to 2 years of experience who enjoy working with complex data to drive real decisions for global brands.

You will transform customer data into Watershed templates, collaborate with clients to prepare data, and ensure traceability of data manipulations during verifications, contributing to product improvements and

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years experience with large data files in Excel.
• Experience with Python or SQL is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with ability to translate data into insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Clean and transform customer data into Watershed templates.
• Partner with customers to understand their raw data.
• Communicate data issues clearly to customers.
• Leverage judgment to assess and apply data cleaning best practices.
• Document decisions to ensure traceability during third-party verifications.
• Synthesize customer experiences to drive product improvement.
