Job summary

Watershed is looking for an analytically minded, detail‑oriented early member of our Customer Data Services team in London to help build a growth‑stage startup that supports sustainability programs for top global clients. You will work hands‑on to review, transform, and upload customer data into Watershed templates to enable measurement, reporting, and action on environmental impacts.

• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or similar roles.
• Expert Excel skills for data cleaning and transformation.
• Experience with SQL or Python is a bonus.
• Systematic and thorough approach with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• Customer-facing experience and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Review, transform, and upload customer data into Watershed templates to enable measurement, reporting, and action on environmental impacts.
• Interface with customers to understand raw data and guide them toward proper solutions.
• Leverage judgment to assess and execute data cleaning best practices.
• Rigorously document decisions to ensure traceability for third‑party verifications.
• Synthesize customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of services and software.
