Job summary

Watershed is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for the Customer Data Services team to own end-to-end delivery of Data Ingestion service packages, from scoping to post-go-live handoff. You will coordinate with Data Specialists, Customer Success Managers, and Sustainability Data Advisors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience delivering client services in B2B software or consulting.
• Experience owning client relationships and solving client problems.
• Demonstrates ownership, customer obsession, and ability to remove blockers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Data Ingestion service packages.
• Scope packages and solutions by understanding data sources, formats, owners, and quality constraints.
• Align on timelines and hold internal teams and customers accountable to milestones.
• Control service hours and budget to stay within quoted hours and protect margin.
