Ozark Services, Inc is seeking a Manager, Customer Data Enablement to build trusted customer data capabilities and align data strategy with business goals. You will connect data across retail and digital touchpoints, lead identity resolution efforts, and drive compliant, personalized customer experiences.

The role requires strong analytics, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to translate business goals into scalable data architecture in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years in marketing analytics, data governance, or product management.
• Experience enabling business teams to use customer data effectively and leading teams.
• Familiarity with CDPs, identity resolution, data-quality management, and privacy basics (CCPA/CPRA).

Mansioni

• Lead efforts to build a trusted customer view by connecting data across touchpoints.
• Define identity resolution practices and monitor data quality across profiles.
• Own consent management implementations with Legal, Privacy, and IT teams.
• Develop and enforce data governance standards and stewardship practices.
• Partner with Marketing/eCommerce to build audiences and personalized journeys.
