Randstad in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking an energetic claims support specialist to join a collaborative team. This full-time hybrid role includes 3 office days and 2 remote days weekly, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a pay rate of $24/hour.

You will listen to policyholders, gather details, and guide them through the claims process, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with specialists for deeper research as needed.

Qualifications

What you'll do:

• Deliver compassionate customer support: Connect with policyholders over the phone to listen to their stories, offer reassurance, and guide them through the claims process step-by-step.
• Solve problems and make fair decisions: Review straightforward claim details to evaluate options, assess needs, and help reach fair settlements.
• Gather key details: Conduct clear, detailed phone conversations (and occasional recorded interviews) to understand what happened and confirm accurate information.
• Learn while you earn: Participate in a structured, paid training program where we help you build foundational insurance knowledge and earn required state adjuster licenses.
• Maintain high attention to detail: Keep accurate records and partner with internal specialized teams whenever a case needs deeper research or factual review.
• Set up for remote success: Maintain a reliable, high-speed home internet connection to deliver seamless support from your home workspace.

The Details:

• This is a full-time hybrid role consisting of 3 office days (Farmington, Hills, MI) and 2 work from home days each week.
• The schedule is from Monday to Friday during typical business hours.
• The pay rate is $24/Hour.
