CarShop Chester Springs-CS901 is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to ensure a seamless vehicle delivery experience for customers. You will coordinate deliveries, prepare paperwork, educate customers on their new vehicle, and support dealership operations within a Fortune 500 environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries with the Sales Team.
• Prepare delivery paperwork and ensure all documentation is accurate.
• Review purchase paperwork with customers and answer questions during delivery.
• Explain available protection plans and aftermarket products.
• Introduce customers to the Service Department and maintenance programs.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and operating functions to customers.
