CarShop Robinson-CS905 is seeking a dependable Delivery Coordinator to ensure a seamless vehicle delivery experience. You will coordinate deliveries, prepare paperwork, educate customers on their new vehicle, and support dealership operations to deliver an exceptional customer service experience.

Eligible candidates should have strong communication, organization, and a positive attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Location is on-site in Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries with the Sales Team.
• Prepare delivery paperwork and verify documentation.
• Review purchase paperwork with customers and answer questions during delivery.
• Explain protection plans and aftermarket products.
• Introduce customers to Service and maintenance programs.
• Demonstrate vehicle features to customers to ensure comfort with purchase.
• Ensure deliveries are delivery-ready and appointments stay on schedule.
