Qualifications

• 1+ years of banking, cash handling, or retail experience.
• Demonstrated analytical, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive needs-based sales conversations with customers.
• Maintain understanding of retail banking products and services.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and cross-sell banking products.
