Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial needs and process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers).
• Provide exceptional service, resolve concerns, and minimize risk.
• Refer product solutions and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies and risk management procedures.
• Cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Engage customers using digital tools and educate on self-service options.
• Support custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
