The PNC Carlisle Branch is seeking a Teller to deliver a unique customer experience, educate customers on banking options, and process a variety of interactions to improve financial wellbeing.

Based in Carlisle, PA, this in-office role focuses on building customer relationships, referring opportunities to branch staff, and ensuring accurate daily operations while adhering to bank policies and risk guidelines.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically do not require a university / college degree, high school diploma, GED, or any significant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers, making appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer's problems.
