Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies and risk management to prevent fraud.
• Recognize opportunities and cross-sell bank products.
• Educate customers on self-service tools and digital channels.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; support nearby branches as needed.
