Carter’s in Conway, NH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will lead a team, balance exceptional customer service with sales goals, and help prepare for back-to-school seasons.

You’ll train staff, apply workforce management, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment while fostering product knowledge and visual standards across the floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and staffing.
• Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Hire, train and develop store team members; manage performance and coaching.
