Job summary

You’ll work with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store standards. Responsibilities include cashiering, stocking, curbside pickup, and following merchandising plans, while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate POS and cash handling with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Model and follow customer service principles and escalate as needed.
• Inform management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Use POS to scan purchases and address any scanning issues.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Open additional check lanes to ensure efficient checkout.
• Stock shelves and displays per planograms to maximize sales.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards.
• Assist management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals.
• Identify hazards and maintain a safe working environment.
