Job summary

ALDI is hiring a Store Associate in Charlotte, NC. This full-time role focuses on merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to deliver a great customer experience.

Typical hours exceed 30 per week with starting wages at $18.50 per hour and scheduled increases through year five. Candidates must be at least 18 with a high school diploma preferred and retail experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock product.
• Handle cashiering tasks using POS system.
• Assist customers and provide excellent service.
• Open additional checkout lanes as needed to improve throughput.
• Clean and maintain store areas and restock shelves.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and on time.
