Colonial Group is seeking a Sales & Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Casper, WY. You will handle counter sales, warehouse tasks, and driving to ensure excellent customer care and on-time deliveries.

You will assist walk-in customers, process orders, stock and maintain displays, and help with shipping, receiving, and safety compliance. A focus on customer service and accurate order handling is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in warehouse and material handling.
• 1+ years’ experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• Ability to operate computer systems used in warehouse operations and order processing.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Engage in counter sales, warehouse, and driving tasks to meet customer expectations.
• Provide sales and support to walk-in customers at will-call counters and off-site deliveries.
• Receive incoming vendor shipments, stock the warehouse, and pick/pack orders.
• Load/unload trucks and perform merchandise deliveries and pickups.
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
• Keep counter area and displays clean, stocked, and orderly.
• Process cash sales returns and refunds per policy.
• Inform supervisor of inventory levels or stock depletions.
• Operate trucks safely and in compliance with regulations and company rules.
• Complete safety and compliance training as assigned.
