Scheels All Sports, Inc. is seeking friendly, motivated team members for a part‑time sales associate role in Overland Park, KS. You will greet customers, assess needs, and promote products, including Scheels Visa, while delivering a personalized shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of sales experience.
• Able to stand, bend, lift up to required weights and operate store tools.
• Willingness to participate in training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
• Engage customers, assess needs, and promote products and Scheels Visa.
• Hit sales goals and follow Scheels' sales standards.
• Maintain a positive end-user experience based on products purchased.
• Support visual merchandising and assist with stock and freight.
• Use a handheld inventory scanner and computer systems as needed.
• Attend product training and store meetings; assist in training new associates.
