Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with a welcoming, genuine attitude.
• Assist customers, uncover needs, and promote Scheels Visa Card when appropriate.
• Grow personal sales by meeting goals and following Scheels' sales standards.
• Create a positive experience based on the products purchased and assist with merchandising.
