Scheels in Overland Park, KS is hiring a sales associate to greet customers, understand their needs, and drive sales on the shop floor. You will promote the Scheels Visa, hit personal goals, assist with merchandising, and participate in product trainings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 months of sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• Assist customers in finding products and promote Scheels Visa credit card.
• Grow personal sales by meeting set goals and providing an above-and-beyond customer experience.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support with freight processing and stock replenishment.
• Attend product trainings and store meetings; train new associates as needed.
