You will understand customer needs, offer personalized recommendations, and help connect them with the right products and services on the sales floor or in fitting rooms. You’ll drive sales, build loyalty, and contribute to a welcoming, organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, offer personalized recommendations and connect them with products and services.
• Work on the sales floor or fitting room to drive sales and deliver hospitality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, inviting shopping space and recover merchandise as needed.
• Finish interactions by explaining Loyalty benefits and thanking customers by name.
• Support team with honesty, care and collaboration to meet store goals.
