Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking team members in the United States for customer-focused roles in a retail environment. You will provide exceptional service to customers, process sales transactions accurately, and support credit applications and financing inquiries as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service or sales, are legally eligible to work in the US, and can handle basic cash procedures and opening/closing duties within a store setting.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
