Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused sales associate in the United States to provide outstanding service at the point of sale, process orders accurately, and assist customers with financing when needed.

The role emphasizes meeting sales goals and KPIs, with responsibilities that include opening/closing duties and cash reconciliation, in a team-oriented environment. A prior year of customer-facing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
