Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking team members to deliver outstanding customer service in a retail environment in the United States. You will process sales, assist customers with financing where applicable, and support opening and closing store operations with cash reconciliation.

The role emphasizes achieving sales goals and providing a superior guest experience. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in customer service or sales.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
