Job summary

The Children’s Place in Milford, CT is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. You will deliver excellent customer service, maintain product knowledge, and uphold merchandise standards. The role includes cashwrap duties and educating customers on the PLACE Card.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent and may need to work weekends, evenings, and overnight shifts. Prior retail experience is preferred.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, overnights, evenings, and call-in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Leadership Team to achieve company goals.
• Model and maintain excellent customer service with effective communication and product knowledge.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, replenishment and sizing.
• Provide fast, friendly service at the cashwrap and educate customers on the PLACE Card.
• Ensure stock levels and proper representation of sizes/styles.
