Job summary

The Children's Place in Norwalk, Connecticut is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team and deliver excellent customer service. You will handle selling, product knowledge, and merchandise presentation while maintaining a clean store and organized stockroom.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, addressing concerns, processing sales at the cashwrap, and promoting the PLACE Card. Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Leadership to achieve company goals and initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service and effective communication.
• Greet customers and share promotions; assist with out-of-stock items.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, replenishment, and sizing.
• Process stock, signages, and inventory in the stockroom.
• Operate cashwrap and educate customers on PLACE Card benefits.
• Follow Loss Prevention procedures and safety requirements.
