• Possess a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers and associates.
• Ensure all pages and calls are answered promptly and courteously; forward complaints to management.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and store layout awareness to help customers.
• Assist customers with personalized service to deliver an amazing experience.
