New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking Retail Sales Associates for its Leesburg, VA store to deliver exceptional customer service and expert product guidance. You will greet customers, identify needs, explain features, and close sales while keeping the floor neat, stocked, and accurately labeled.

The role involves working a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays, standing for long periods, and handling basic math at the register. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to quickly perform basic math.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 4 lbs. frequently; 8 lbs. occasionally; stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques, product knowledge, and the GUEST service model.
• Greet and make customer contact.
