Job summary

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; handle returns/go-backs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; project a positive image
• Cross-trained in custom framing selling and production
