Responsibilities

• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store as needed to support business.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and handle cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Assist in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Follow labor laws, policies, and shrink reduction programs.
