The HomeGoods store in Louisville, KY, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a dedicated team member to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You may be cross-trained in multiple areas to support business needs.

Responsibilities include modeling customer service, processing purchases, promoting credit and loyalty programs, upholding merchandising standards, and supporting safety and loss-prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills demonstrated in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to change.
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Retail experience preferred.
