The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking Store Associates to join our HomeGoods team in the United States. You will deliver a customer-first experience, ring transactions, maintain a clean and organized store, and support loss prevention and merchandising standards.

The role may involve cross-training across departments to meet business needs. You should bring strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a willingness to adapt to changes in direction.

Formación

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows procedures and standards.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Performs store recovery and maintains store cleanliness and organization.
• Participates in safety and shrink reduction efforts.
• Other duties as assigned.
