Job summary

TJX in Houston, TX is seeking an associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage with customers, process transactions accurately, promote loyalty programs, and maintain an organized store floor.

Responsibilities include preparing merchandise for sale, supporting store recovery and safety, and collaborating with peers and supervisors to meet store goals. Prior retail experience is preferred and a flexible schedule is required.

• Process and prepare merchandise for the floor following procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety standards.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety awareness.
