Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promotes and upholds a positive store culture with honesty, integrity and respect.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and handles change per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares items for the floor.
• Executes store recovery and maintains cleanliness across the store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned
