Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several large to small, complex projects simultaneously.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to review and work from production schematics and engineering drawings.
• Experience within the construction or precast concrete industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as the 'voice of the customer' in OI facilities.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently.
• Hold Turnover/Kick Off meeting at point of sale.
• Keep customers updated from production to delivery.
• Provide direction to project team across functions.
• Prepare change order proposals promptly.
• Monitor progress and solve problems proactively.
