Job summary

In this role, you will design, develop, validation, and continuous improvement of powertrain components, collaborating across customers, suppliers, manufacturing facilities, test labs, and global engineering teams to deliver robust, manufacturable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in mechanical/related engineering with strong fundamentals.
• Experience developing mechanical products from concept through validation and production.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop powertrain products from concept through production.
• Translate requirements into product specs and engineering documentation.
• Develop robust, manufacturable solutions with measurement and testing.
• Lead APQP/DFMEA activities and coordinate with global teams.
• Lead root-cause investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Support cross-functional reviews and communicate project status.
