Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Install Coordinator to support the installation manager across ongoing projects. You will organize schedules, communicate with customers, and ensure a smooth delivery from preplanning to project closeout.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a reliable team player who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in admin, billing, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation coordination including preplanning, customer communications, project schedule validation, and site contact verifications
• Organize and maintain department payroll, reports and time sheets
• Run and distribute backlog reports, attend backlog meetings, update notes, job dates and assist in identifying opportunities such as contract delays, blocked jobs or incorrect information
• Assist the department with entering product lines on jobs and prepare all information for purchasing
• Responsible for material once ordered
• Prepare jobs for billing to include receiving purchase orders, processing freight adjustments, entering credits and ensuring all labor hours are costed to job
• Create schedule of values for newly awarded jobs
• Understand and assist with revenue recognition on larger, ongoing projects
• Other responsibilities as assigned
