Qualifications

• Five years of onsite commercial installation experience with leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong judgment for daily decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation projects from start to finish with management.
• Review schedules, labor and pricing for submittals.
• Create team schedules and assist in training field crews.
• Serve as onsite technical resource for managers and staff.
• Maintain safety practices and project equipment.
• Travel to jobsites to oversee activities and final walkthrough.
