Job summary

Central Network Retail Group, LLC is seeking a part-time, on-site Sales Associate to greet customers, assist with product selection, and process transactions. You will maintain a clean store area, restock displays, and participate in opening/closing duties as needed. Training will cover store policies and safety practices.

Responsibilities include answering questions about merchandise, promotions, and pricing, while delivering friendly service and helping customers find what they need.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong math, reading, writing, and speaking skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to communicate using telephone and e-mail.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Answer questions about merchandise, pricing, and promotions.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, and issue receipts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Replenish inventory and organize displays as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Handle customer complaints or direct them to a manager when necessary.
• Stay informed on new products, sales, and store promotions.
