Job summary

EECU, Fort Worth-based community credit union, seeks a Financial Center Manager for the Hurst location to lead customer experience, drive sales growth in loans and deposits, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will coach staff, manage center operations, and nurture community partnerships to enhance overall performance.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment, a focus on customer service, and alignment with center budgets and P&L.

Qualifications

• Three to five years minimum experience in retail financial services, financial center leadership or related experience.
• Proven leader with coaching and empowering employees to improve results.
• Ability to organize and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent customer and business focus with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates a customer centric financial center culture focused on exceptional customer experience.
• Leads by example to promote exceptional customer experience and a positive culture.
• Educates customers on using EECU mobile banking as needed.
• Participates in community events to build the EECU brand and local partnerships.
• Coaches, develops, and motivates employees to achieve financial center goals.
