Qualifications

• Five to seven years minimum retail service or related experience.
• Must be a proven leader of people within a customer service environment.
• Significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy.
• Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous priorities.
• Retail Operations knowledge (platform and teller operations).
• Excellent customer and business focus, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and oversee financial center functions for efficiency.
• Drive performance and achieve sales/service targets through planning and execution.
• Mentor and support the team, coaching staff for exceptional member experiences.
• Provide specialized financial expertise for CDs, IRAs, HSAs, and accounts.
• Expand member relationships using needs-based selling techniques.
• Process loans and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Review reports to monitor performance and minimize losses.
