Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch in the United States, delivering warm, attentive service while growing deposits and investments. You will coach a team, manage operations, and ensure risk controls are strong, all while representing our brand with hospitality and technology-enabled banking solutions.

Applicants should have 2+ years of Chase leadership experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work weekends. A college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Experience in creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment.
