Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in finance-related field.
• Three years of related full-time experience in lieu of degree.
• Two years of experience in the financial services industry as teller/related role.
• Two years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service in all assigned branch areas (teller, new accounts, vault, safe deposit, lending).
• Assist customers with account openings and cross-sell banking products using professional sales techniques.
• Process deposits and ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
• Assist in vault operations, balancing currency, and managing ATM cash where needed.
• Complete new account documentation and verify funds availability.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
