CCFBank in Minnesota is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver exceptional customer service, process financial transactions, and open/close accounts. The role supports teller operations and cross-sells banking products while adapting to a relocation to Hudson, Wisconsin in early December 2026.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
Three (3) years of directly related full time experience may substitute for the degree.
Two (2) years of experience in the financial services industry performing teller duties and.
Two (2) years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Provides assistance to all branch operations areas, including teller, new accounts, vault, safe deposit, and lending.
Assists customers in selecting accounts and products; applies cross-sell techniques.
Processes deposits and ensures documents comply with banking policies.
Opens/closes vault sections; balances vault currency as needed.
Opens new deposit accounts and verifies funds availability.
